Yesterday morning Morgan gave us a little scare. When she woke up she had a little cough and low grade fever. So, we gave her some medicine and she seemed fine. Within an hour she looked like this ...
Within 10 minutes, she was having trouble breathing and said her lips were "stinging"! She looked 10 times worse than this -- I couldn't see her eyelashes or eyes! As you can imagine, I got a little nervous. I couldn't get in touch with Adam... so ... I called Lisa (our next door neighbor and friend --- who happens to be a pediatrician). She called Dr. Woods for us and told us to get there FAST! When we got to the clinic, Dr. Woods was waiting for us with medicine. Within an hour, Morgan's swelling had gone down.
She is much better today. Almost back to "normal" and her swelling has almost gone! We still don't know what caused this reaction but hopefully it will never happen again!!

Oh my goodness, I can't believe that I didn't know this. I'm behind on my reading. I'm so, so sorry that this happened. Sweet girl, she really doesn't look like herself in that picture and then you said it got ten times worse. I do not, for the life of me, know how you held it together. I'm glad that things straightened themselves out, but I sincerely pray that this never, ever happens again.
